Sales Specialist
Job will involve all aspects of customer interaction and coordination among Account Managers, customers, and our Operations including determining repair requests, job scopes, estimates, quotations, logistics, shipping schedule, PO management and invoicing.
Position Responsibilities
- Liaison between Field sales and customers to understand work scopes and overall project goals.
- Closely monitor production schedules to ensure delivery promises are fulfilled.
- Provide quotes from the field sales team
- Product line support to include purchasing, paperwork, etc.
- Invoice projects with all documentation and necessary reports.
- Logistics and some dispatching required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales with quotations and customer service.
- Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office 2010.
- Quickbooks expertise
- Exceptional time management.
- Ability to communicate well with customers and understand specific customer requests
- Good verbal and written skills with advanced computer abilities for corresponding with customers with RFIs, estimates, quotes, and reports.
